How does Sanki bill API usage?

Sanki is purely pay-as-you-go. Every API call deducts from your balance based on the tokens actually consumed, with separate unit prices for input, output and cached-token reads. All rates are published per 1M tokens on this page and in the Model Square — no monthly rent, no minimum spend.

Is there a free tier?

Yes. New accounts receive a free trial credit that works with every model on the platform — no credit card required. When it runs out, simply top up to keep calling.

What happens when my balance runs out?

Accepted Answer

Requests return an insufficient-balance error and nothing further is charged — Sanki never bills you into debt. Top up and service resumes instantly. You can enable low-balance alerts in the console.

What's the difference between a plan and pay-as-you-go balance?

Accepted Answer

Plans add recurring token quotas (daily/weekly/monthly) and higher rate limits (RPM) on top of your balance. Plan quota is consumed first; your topped-up balance never expires and covers any overage. Use either one, or both together.

Which payment methods are supported?

The console top-up page supports major credit cards, PayPal, Alipay and WeChat Pay. Enterprise customers can contact support for bank transfer and invoiced billing.

Can I get an invoice or a refund?

Electronic invoices can be requested in the console for any top-up. Unused top-up balance is refundable on request; charges for tokens already consumed are not refundable.
