Account information: email address, display name, and password (stored encrypted) provided at registration.

Transaction information: top-up records, consumption records, and subscription status.

Usage data: API call logs (model, token usage, timestamp, IP address) used for metering, billing, and security auditing.

To provide and maintain the services: authentication, metering, billing, and balance management.

For security and abuse prevention: anomaly detection, risk control, and troubleshooting.

For service improvement and essential notices: invoices, security alerts, and service-change announcements.

Your API request content (prompts, images, etc.) is forwarded to the corresponding upstream model provider only to the extent needed to fulfill the request; its handling is governed by that provider's privacy policy.

We do not use your API request content to train models, and we never sell it to third parties.

Payments: top-ups and subscriptions are processed by third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Alipay). We only receive payment results and never store your full payment credentials.

Upstream model providers: request content is shared only as necessary to fulfill your API calls.

We may disclose necessary information when required by law.

We protect your data with encrypted transport (HTTPS), password hashing, and access controls.

Data is stored on our cloud servers (Singapore) and backed up regularly.

We use cookies and browser local storage for essential information such as login state and language preference. We do not use them for advertising tracking.

You can view and correct your account information in the console. To export or delete your data, contact info@sanki.ink.

After account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
