Sanki is an all-in-one AI model API aggregation platform that provides access to large language models from multiple upstream providers through a unified interface, including pay-as-you-go text, image, and video generation services.

The available models, prices, and capabilities are published on our website in real time. We may add, adjust, or retire models as upstream providers change.

You must register with a valid email address and keep your password and API keys secure. Losses caused by your disclosure or mishandling of credentials are your own responsibility.

You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you notice anything unusual, contact us immediately at info@sanki.ink.

The platform uses prepaid, pay-as-you-go billing. Final sale prices are published in real time on the pricing page; making a request constitutes acceptance of the price in effect at that time.

Account balance may only be spent on the platform. Except as required by law, topped-up balance cannot be withdrawn; refund requests are assessed by our support team.

If your balance is insufficient, we may suspend your access until you top up.

You agree to comply with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction when using the platform, and must not use it to generate, store, or distribute illegal content.

You must not use the services in any way that infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other legitimate rights of others.

Do not reverse engineer, attack, scan, or disrupt the platform, and do not attempt to bypass metering or billing mechanisms.

Do not sell, rent, or share your account or API keys with any third party, and do not resell the services without authorization.

Do not use the platform to generate content prohibited by law, including but not limited to fraud, violence, pornography, or invasions of privacy.

We own the intellectual property in the platform itself, including its software, interface, trademarks, and documentation.

Rights in content you generate through the models are governed by the policies of the corresponding upstream provider; you must hold legitimate rights to the content you input.

The services are provided "as is". Changes, outages, or policy adjustments by upstream providers may affect model availability; we will do our best to notify you promptly but are not liable for resulting losses.

We are not responsible for interruptions caused by force majeure, network failures, or third-party causes.

We may adjust the services and will announce changes on our website or by email.

If you breach these Terms, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access and reserve the right to pursue further remedies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the services, including but not limited to lost profits or data loss.

Our aggregate liability to you is capped at the total fees you actually paid in the 90 days preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the platform operator is established. Disputes should first be resolved through friendly consultation.
